As part of the LOUD media festival in January 1998, LOUD organised the nation's largest ever web design competition to spotlight and reward the huge range of web work being produced by young Australians.

The LOUD web design competition was open to all Australians between 12 and 25, who are creating their own sites on the World Wide Web.
