Telstra Smart Design Competion!

How’d you like to have your design plastered on a new Telstra Smart Phonecard? How about getting $500 worth of those Smart Phonecards, personalised for you like a business card?  That’d impress a few bods! Now imagine a $3000  scholarship from Telstra to the Art or Design school of your choice! Not bad huh?

Just impress us with your design for a card and you could be one of the four finalists whose design will appear on our new range of Telstra Smart phonecards. These designs will also appear on ABC’s Recovery show on Saturday, March  28, when they’ll be judged to decide on a National Winner... who’ll also win the $3000  Telstra scholarship.

OK... here’s how easy it is to enter:

Using your artistic talents, produce an original piece of artwork that would appear on a new Telstra Smart Phonecard. Your artwork must incorporate the gold chip and the red arrow in their normal positions. Just follow the design template provided and remember.... Design in the white space only!
Art work can be done by hand or be computer generated... so long as it’s original and unpublished. You must provide a printed version - as per the template size. Mount your design on stiff card and pack so it doesn’t bend or get damaged and send it to us by 12pm Friday 20th March 1998 to:
