Just ask Bryce Deppeler, 19 from Montrose. He started a website design firm, Simkin Industries with his talents, as well as a job working for an ISP. "Definitely, young people are very innovative and have some great crazy ideas". As the net becomes more crowded, it often needs talent to come up with a site with a new concept or graphic. An animated gif image can be soon outdated and old-fashioned, compared to the "newest technology", even though it might only be a year old.

On the web constant change is crucial for a website, which needs to have the "best" to attract visitors, and keep them coming back.

Bryce thinks that "Innovation is needed these days with flashier sites coming about, so this makes us…leaders in the web design business"

In the (adult controlled) media we often hear reports about youth unemployment, and about how hard it is to get a job when you're often up against someone with 15 years experience. But (happily) web design hasn't followed that path - and in many cases web design seems like a lucrative field for under 25's. In fact, apart from a few cases, I don't think I've heard of a web designer over that age. Designers do need to be innovative, that is for sure.
