Australian Film Commission : The AFC funds new media projects and project proposals can be submitted through out the year.

Australian Network for Art & Technology : ANAT is the only national organisation that is dedicated to supporting new media technologies. ANAT funds conference travel and has a number of other programs.

Geocities : A good starting point for those who want to create and distribute their own content through the world wide web. Geocities is advertiser-supported - thus it costs nothing to the person creating the content.

Rhizome : An arts oriented mailing list that will inform you of the goings on in the digital art world. There are also some good references off this website.
