Honey tree Dance

Traditional aboriginal people could hunt for honey any time because the native bee had no sting and looked much like the small black fly of today.
When the european people came to Australia, they brought with them a bee that had a sting. So our people couldn't get honey whenever they felt like without being stung. This painting is to show the movements and actions of hunters, the native bees, our artifacts and dreamings.
