Giles Kilham was born in England but has been living
in Australia since he was about three. He has no formal
art training, and feel he developed his style from comics
and general doodling (especially during maths in school).
Giles worked as a signwriter for a few years but
recently, has decided to team up with his sister and form
a small design company called 'Fat Ankle'. This company
is doing work for the music industry, designing things
such as CD covers, posters and T-Shirts.
Giles cannot pinpoint the process by which he comes up
with his design - but he's designs are highly original
and appealing - and that's why he does what he does. |
